Damian has more than 20 years of experience in information and communications technology, focusing on complex engineering and production systems. He has led multiple digital transformation projects for highly regarded Mining, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Nuclear energy organisations. The sensitive nature of this work means Damian implements protocols that drive governance, risk, and compliance. Damian applies these insights in a business and technology context for Hamilton12.    

Damian is a Non-Executive Director for iOrthotics, part of Healthia Ltd (ASX: HLA), which he co-founded. He has worked extensively with the University of Queensland School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering (Faculty of Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology), directing research and development in additive manufacturing and robotics and funding support from the Australian Federal Government.


Damian is an alumnus of the University of Queensland Business School and was the recipient of The Director's Award for Leadership in 2007 for his Master of Business Administration (MBA). (see 2007 Leadership Award).
